Tony came and evaluated all the vents in my house in order to make a proper evaluation of the previous problems and the current situation. He was really informational and broke everything down so I could understand what was going on and what needed to happen. He seemed really knowledgeable on this type of work, and super friendly as well. I felt super comfortable with him being at the house when I'm not there, and he got the work done properly and efficiently. When he came back to do the duct cleaning, he even left everything better than he found it, he changed out my air filter and put all my furniture back to where it was suppose to be, as opposed to how I had it all pulled out for him to access the vents. I really appreciated Tony's expertise, consideration, kindness, and hard work, you could really tell he cared about helping me have safer air to breath for my son and I.
I also wanted to give a shout out to Ellie, she helped me through the process of estimates, scheduling, and billing. I work better through e-mail than phone calls, and she was super efficient with her returned e-mails and providing the documentation I needed in a timely manner.

“We requested a service call for duct cleaning which was scheduled promptly. The service technician arrived on time, and proceeded to inspect the ducts in the house. He worked efficiently and showed respect for the house and furnishings. His exam determined that the ductwork was not in need of cleaning at this time. His honest assessment of that was appreciated. We will continue to be a client of Airflow Heating Company.”

The two installers, Tim Travers and Zach Hanson were a great team. From the moment they arrived they made me feel comfortable and provided great service in a polite and friendly manner. And before leaving they explained all the functions and took time to answer any questions that we had.

The positioning, the care, the attention to detail, both mechanical and aesthetic, the focused work — it all led to a great result and we couldn't be happier. We were surprised late in the game to learn that site prep for the exterior unit was in our wheelhouse, but even there, we got a great crew together and everyone collaborated really well. “We recently had a new heat pump system installed at our home. The crew that did the insulation did it over the top good job. We would like to especially acknowledge both Tim and Miles. The project took five days to complete. The crew were on time each day worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves, after each day of work. When they completed the work on Friday, even though the time was late, they spent a very large amount of time helping us understand how to operate the system. I would have no problem recommending your services to others.

These people are amazing! didn’t have any problem with vents or heater.. but my kitten got down the vent and i had called everyone from the fire department, to other air conditioning services. they called out one of their employees named tony, he knew exactly what to do, he spent over 6 hours trying to get her out.. when all hope was lost i thought she was a goner, but tony’s love for cats proved to be much deeper then i thought. he went under the house and cut open the bottom of our house where the shoot is for the vents, and got her out. my face was said it all. he saved my baby and this air conditioning service does wonders. so if you ever get a cat stuck in your vents, this place can give you some hope!

Outstanding service. Both techs were very professional and courteous. They quickly assessed issue and informed me of the the various options to repair. They gave me the options as this “ this is the least intrusive and costly” up to “if those other options won’t/don’t work, then it will have to be this”. The first option worked, but I was prepared to go all the way if necessary to get heat/air to the spaces serviced by this unit. All in all I’m very happy with the results. And happy with the techs. They took their time to explain clearly the options and answered all my questions. Job well done.

We called this morning, and even with a packed schedule, the technician, Gerald Bergen, was able to install a new capacitor in our heat pump by 6PM. He provided us with information about the failed part and made sure that the unit was working properly. When asked, he gave us information about the efficiency of new Trane heat pumps.

Very competent service rep. Friendly, clean and very helpful. HOWEVER, I had a three inch aluminum irrigation pipe laid across my driveway and he ran over it twice. He offered to make it good but you can’t go out and buy a piece of pipe. Really a dumb thing to do. Otherwise I give him a five star rating.

Mr. Mike Sueme is my HERO!!! I have a 6 year old hardley used Trane Heating and Air Conditioner, which is on the Silver Plan with Air Flow for annual service etc. Mike came out same day during the most recent PNW historic heat wave and inserted a new part that for some reason was bloated up. My home within a few hours went from 85 degrees back down to a comfortable cool of 73 degrees. I had a service window of 12noon – 5:00pm. He called me 30 minutes in advance, so I could meet him. Prompt and finished within an hour. My fur balls are so thankful for Mike!!! 🙂 Mike Sueme ROCKS!!!
