“I wanted to give a shout out to one of your technicians, Tony, and Ellie Hubbard.
Tony came and evaluated all the vents in my house in order to make a proper evaluation of the previous problems and the current situation. He was really informational and broke everything down so I could understand what was going on and what needed to happen. He seemed really knowledgeable on this type of work, and super friendly as well. I felt super comfortable with him being at the house when I'm not there, and he got the work done properly and efficiently. When he came back to do the duct cleaning, he even left everything better than he found it, he changed out my air filter and put all my furniture back to where it was suppose to be, as opposed to how I had it all pulled out for him to access the vents. I really appreciated Tony's expertise, consideration, kindness, and hard work, you could really tell he cared about helping me have safer air to breath for my son and I.
I also wanted to give a shout out to Ellie, she helped me through the process of estimates, scheduling, and billing. I work better through e-mail than phone calls, and she was super efficient with her returned e-mails and providing the documentation I needed in a timely manner.

“We requested a service call for duct cleaning which was scheduled promptly. The service technician arrived on time, and proceeded to inspect the ducts in the house. He worked efficiently and showed respect for the house and furnishings. His exam determined that the ductwork was not in need of cleaning at this time. His honest assessment of that was appreciated. We will continue to be a client of Airflow Heating Company.”

The two installers, Tim Travers and Zach Hanson were a great team. From the moment they arrived they made me feel comfortable and provided great service in a polite and friendly manner. And before leaving they explained all the functions and took time to answer any questions that we had.

“Installation of a new heat pump for a ductless mini split system and two indoor units went really well. Tim and Zach were both fastidious about our home, which was so welcome. The positioning, the care, the attention to detail, both mechanical and aesthetic, the focused work — it all led to a great result and we couldn't be happier. We were surprised late in the game to learn that site prep for the exterior unit was in our wheelhouse, but even there, we got a great crew together and everyone collaborated really well. Highly recommend.”
