But then we had to deal with a completely torn up cross member between the duct lines. We called Air Flo and Tony responded. He was thorough and attentive. He carefully explained exactly what he was doing to removed the damaged cross member and then replace it with metal to deter any future intruders. Then we got a very thorough duct cleaning.
