Transformers supplied with a straight cooling or HVAC system may be used to power the device but must be verified it's capable handling the additional device load prior to installation. If the system transformer is not capable of handing the extra load, a separate 24 VAC, 40Va transformer MUST be used. Do not connect the device to any power sources with a voltage less than 22 VAC and a maximum of 32 VAC. Doing so will cause damage to the device.

The RSH-50 VRM Kit protects equipment from electrical surges and voltage disturbances by utilizing safety thermal fusing and gas discharge tube surge protection technology, combined with the ability to monitor the line protecting equipment against over and under voltage conditions that can cause damage to circuit boards and motors. The unit is fully programmable to set the voltage cutoff range from 90V to 300V while storing up to 300 events.
