We called this morning, and even with a packed schedule, the technician, Gerald Bergen, was able to install a new capacitor in our heat pump by 6PM. He provided us with information about the failed part and made sure that the unit was working properly. When asked, he gave us information about the efficiency of new Trane heat pumps.

Very competent service rep. Friendly, clean and very helpful. HOWEVER, I had a three inch aluminum irrigation pipe laid across my driveway and he ran over it twice. He offered to make it good but you can’t go out and buy a piece of pipe. Really a dumb thing to do. Otherwise I give him a five star rating.
