Tim Travers and Bob did an excellent job dismantling our 23 year old heat pump and installing the new one. It took an entire workday and they were very efficient and friendly and patient, explaining everything to us in the process. RK expertly complemented their work with the electrical set-up and they also installed the new thermostat.
Upon our request, the office ordered a cover for an additional $977 + tax. We had not been aware that it was not included with the unit. Apparently, many people choose to operate their heat pump without a protective cover.
Air Flo swiftly scheduled the county inspection for us, and the electrical inspection rep contacted us recently when he was in the area and quickly finished his part of the job.
Lastly, Tim N returned to install the requested cover and upon request walked us through the operation of the unit again, including when and how to clean the different filters, and answered our remaining questions about the thermostat features.
Ellie Hubbard, the office manager, was very helpful and patient throughout the process.
