Mr. Mike Sueme is my HERO!!! I have a 6 year old hardley used Trane Heating and Air Conditioner, which is on the Silver Plan with Air Flow for annual service etc. Mike came out same day during the most recent PNW historic heat wave and inserted a new part that for some reason was bloated up. My home within a few hours went from 85 degrees back down to a comfortable cool of 73 degrees. I had a service window of 12noon – 5:00pm. He called me 30 minutes in advance, so I could meet him. Prompt and finished within an hour. My fur balls are so thankful for Mike!!! 🙂 Mike Sueme ROCKS!!!
