“Eli and his associate arrived promptly and message their upcoming arrival in plenty of time for me to clear the A/C access.
They did a complete and thorough maintenance, even staying past working hours to run extra coolant tests.
Eli was able find what was causing a small leak from bottom of the condensing unit, a small piece of plastic in the overflow line that was periodically reducing the outflow such that there was slight leakage. They completed the repair and maintenance and walked me through a detailed explanation, including the suggestion of having safety surge protection on the condensing and pump units.
I have been a customer of Airflow for many years and Airflow service quality extends back to the Scheduling, Billing and Management people.
