“I have worked for Pierce County for 25 years and have never seen a more perfect installation than the DeWoody install. The two men Matthew and Zach really took their time to ensure a clean installation. At the side penetration usually installers will foam the hole, this one was sealed with putty and looks professional, they took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The refrigerant lines are UV protectant but they sleeved it in anyways, which is an extra step to make it look good. The conduit is very clean and the disconnect looks good. The attic penetration was even sealed. The whole installation was done in a way I have never seen before. These two guys should be used to train others to do a clean perfect installation, this was a very big job. Hats off to them, I have never made a call like this before in all my 25 years of working for the county.”
