Very competent service rep. Friendly, clean and very helpful. HOWEVER, I had a three inch aluminum irrigation pipe laid across my driveway and he ran over it twice. He offered to make it good but you can’t go out and buy a piece of pipe. Really a dumb thing to do. Otherwise I give him a five star rating.

I experienced amazing customer service from your employee named Eli. I was not there so I didn’t meet him personally. He called to explain the corrections he made to the system. When I told him I was writing it down so I could explain to my son … ELI OFFERED to call him! That knocked my socks off! My son, Mike OBrien received his call within minutes. Again, for me, this kind of customer service is exceedingly rare … thank you ELI❣️

The heat pump maintenance team from AirFlo exemplifies how service contracts should be accomplished. They are professional, courteous, explain what they are doing and answer all questions. My impression is that they really want to maximize the performance of my heat pump at minimum cost to me.

Adam from Air Flow arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable yet patiently and politely answered my questions.
