The technicians were professional and patient in answering all of our questions, ensuring we understood how everything worked and were aware of what other services were offered for maintenance so we could clean them ourselves or have them do it for us.
Finally they walked us through setting up the thermostat so we knew how to operate the different programs, understood each feature, and explained the advantages of using them.”
